A Fresh Start
Nobody should work 2 or 3 jobs and not be able to afford housing, food, and basic healthcare. Especially when the CEO of Ralphs-Kroger Co. makes 547 times what the average worker earns in a year. As workers and shoppers, we’re coming together to fight for what’s fair.

Why We Fight
This fight is for a living wage, healthcare protections, and enough staff to make grocery shopping better for everyone.
Here’s what we want:
- Better Shopping for All
Customers shouldn’t be expected to work while they shop. We want more staff so skilled, experienced workers can provide the best and safest experience possible for shoppers.
- A Fair Wage and Hours
One job should be enough to make ends meet. We want to work, but Ralphs-Kroger Co. is cutting hours so we have to take second or third jobs just to pay rent or put food on the table for our families.
- Fully-funded health and retirement plans
Ralphs-Kroger Co. is trying to starve health care and pension plans to cut as many costs as possible. We’ve put in the work, and want the protection for our families that we’ve earned.
